Sometimes we need a fresh perspective or a supportive ear. We have been doing all of the things that we know how to do, but feel that we need new tools in our box to be able to deal with what is going on in our lives. Individual counseling can provide those extra tools to cope. We provide individual counseling for issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, and ADHD.
Couples Counseling
Sometimes when we have been together for a while, it can be difficult to see what it was that brought us together. Sometimes we lose our connection. Trauma-Informed Counseling
Many individuals experience trauma in their lives. We live in a world that can be brutal at times. Trauma, even childhood trauma, can have a lasting effect on our lives, making relationships difficult, making daily life difficult, and exacerbating anxiety and depression.
